The Tokyo Sky Tree (東京スカイツリー), is a new radio and television tower that has become a symbol of the Japanese capital and the centerpiece of Tokyo Skytree Town in Sumida Ward, not far from Asakusa. With restaurants and observation platforms, reaching a height of 634 meters. It is the tallest building in Japan and the second tallest structure in the world at the time of its completion. At its base there is a large shopping center with an aquarium.
